Lionstead was appointed as the Quantity Surveyor for the Wheelwrights Project, a refurbishment of a light commercial space in Yarlington, Somerset. The project involved the careful and sympathetic conversion and extension of the existing building, preserving its historic features while enhancing its functionality and natural light.
