Lionstead were appointed to serve as the Quantity Surveyor for the Welham Farm Barn Project on the site in Bratton Seymour, Somerset. The project required the demolition and rebuild of a Storage Facility with a curved roof structure and highly controlled MEP environmental services parameters.
