In 2023, Plymouth Argyle Football Club appointed Lionstead as the Project Manager for the PAFC Fan Zone Project, aimed at enhancing the matchday experience.
The newly designed fan zone provides food and beverage kiosks for supporters seated in the Mayflower Grandstand, available before and throughout the game. This vibrant space serves as an entertainment hub, featuring live music, big-screen sports coverage, and a lively atmosphere for fans to enjoy.

Lionstead provided Project Management from inception to completion. Lionstead was responsible for managing the tender process for the main contractor as well as assisting with the client direct procurement of a number of packages and purchase contracts.
