Millfield, one of the leading independent schools in the UK, located in Street, Somerset, appointed Lionstead as the Quantity Surveyor for Phase 1 & 2 of the Millfield B Block Refurbishment Project. The project involved refurbishing the four-storey B Block building, with works carried out over two consecutive summers to meet the tight time constraints of the school holidays.
