Project Description:
Torridge District Council approached Lionstead to serve as the quantity surveyor and contract administrator for their Holsworthy Leisure Centre Fabric Upgrades Project. The project involves replacing the existing metal deck & felt roof, as well as the installation of PVs. Additionally, the changing rooms will be refurbished.
