The project involved extending the factory southward to create additional ground-floor workspace and first-floor office space, along with associated external works to enhance site functionality.

Lionstead provided both pre-contract services (Including preparation of the CSA) and post-contract quantity surveying services. Lionstead was responsible for managing the procurement and tendering process, as well as the preparation of the contracts. Post-contract, Lionstead managed project costs, issued monthly cost reports to the client along with other Quantity Surveying services.
