A current live project which members of the Lionstead Team are delivering for a private client.

Lionstead have been appointed as the Quantity Surveyor for the Barton Olivers Project, a private residential development located in Burton Bradstock, Dorset. The project scope includes the refurbishment of an existing house, the construction of a new gym and games room building, as well as extensive external works and drainage.
